Camera / optical instrument mount

This camera / optical mount, supplied as the standard with our RHEED systems, allows you to attach a camera to a DN 100 CF chamber flange. It is hermetically closed and suitable vor very high sensitivity cameras. The camera position, both in z (away from the flange) as in x and y (laterally), can be easily adjusted in a wide range.

To minimize reflections, all exposed internal surfaces are black. The camera mount is optimized for good heat conduction to keep the camera cool despite the light tight optical enclosure.

The standard length of the camera mount is 430 mm. The cover can be removed and mounted in seconds without the need for tools.

Custom designs: The camera holder may be adapted to any reasonably sized camera. Different lengths are available on request. Also suitable for pyrometers, detectors, lasers, etc. Special versions with built-in lighting for machine vision applications.
